Elin Nordegren Buys Home in New Hood
Just a year and a half after Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren split, the former model has snatched up one of the most exclusive properties in the North Palm Beach. The mansion known as Seminole Landing is a beachfront affair, a bit out of keeping with the former Mrs. Woods’ low profile silhouette since the divorce.
Seminole Landing is a pretty long way from Sweden where Nordegren has been spending a lot of time with family these last months. The 31 year old Nordegren reportedly received $100 million after filing for divorce because of Wood’s highly publicized alleged extra marital escapades. Keeping a low profile after the biggest marriage scandal ever has probably not been the easiest thing for Nordegren.

According to the reports, Nordegren paid on the order of $12.2 million for the sprawling 17,000 square foot home. Tiger Woods and Nordegren had agreed it would be better for their children if the 2 had homes in proximity to one another. Woods also bought a mansion last month, one on Jupiter Island reportedly replete with its own practice golf course, among the many other luxuries. Wood’s reportedly cost many times what his former wife’s new home did.
